SENIOR DATA ANALYST
We're excited to be recruiting a fixed-term Senior Data Analyst to join us at Company Z. Reporting to the National Manager, you'll play a critical role in leading enhancement and continuous improvement to the way we collect, analyse and use data to improve the health, safety and wellbeing of our people. Alongside your technical expertise, the role requires you to build relationships with key stakeholders across the organisation, assess information to identify emerging issues and make effective recommendations to provide a basis for continuous improvement in health, safety and wellbeing performance.

Significant experience in undertaking and delivering complex data analysis;

Demonstrable ability to assimilate significant and diverse amounts of data, identify patterns, and present in formats that can be easily interpreted by a variety of audiences;

Technically adept - proficiency with using MS Excel and Visio coupled with experience using specialist software and/or systems;

Strong communication skills - able to share knowledge and workings clearly and confidently, both verbally and in writing;

Proven ability to develop to develop trust and credibility with leaders, managers and employees;

Adaptable and flexible - can rapidly familiarise with a subject, identify sources or examples of leading practice, and use these to enhance overall quality of outputs; and

Highly organised and disciplined - has a patient and methodical approach;
PROJECT OFFICER - FIXED TERM CONTRACT (6 MONTHS)
Due to parental leave, we have a fixed-term opportunity for a Project Officer to join our team. Part-time hours may be considered.
You would be part of a small team where the key function is to provide project management support, quality assurance, project and financial reporting, contract administration, and procurement services to Council. Previous experience in a Project office, finance or Local Government environment would be preferred. You will also need high standards of personal integrity and professionalism with an ability to communicate effectively with a range of individuals and groups.
